HOT AND SPICY SHRIMP

3-4 tsp Caribbean Home-Style All Natural Hot-Sauce,

1  teaspoon of  Madell’s  All Natural Minced Garlic,

1/2 cup water,

2 teaspoons Olive Oil,

1 onion (chopped),

3 teaspoons Madame Wob Dwiyet Creole Seasoning,

2 teaspoons lime juice

1 tomato (chopped),

Wash shrimp properly in cold water and lime juice. Pour our waters, add shrimp into a deep bowl, gently sprinkle salt (optional), and pepper. Heat oil in a deep skillet on medium heat, add onion, tomato, garlic, hot-sauce, saute’ by stirring all ingredients for a few minutes, add 1 1/2 cup water, stir well, blending ingredients.

Cook for about 3 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.

Taste good with Rice. Serve Hot
